Who said women shouldn't be allowed to work in the sport's industry? The system was set up that the sport industry only remains in the circle of men, but it's no longer the 1960s, and women could actually do more than just cook and clean.
More and more women are finding love for sports and the idea of being able to work alongside their favorite teams. With that more and more job opportunities are opening up that aren't men dominated.

Hannah Peery is a content creator for the Houston Rockets. She has used her platform of Tiktok and Instagram, and have inspired so many women out there to break their way into a men dominated industry.
She would post her daily life and her job as a content creator for a NBA team.
This job did not come easy, and took many experiences and connection to reach. But Hannah Peery has had a huge affect in women entering into this industry.
As for other roles, women have been dominating what they have done. Broadcasting, marketing, and journalism. There are many more roles and aspects to the world of sports, but as of right now these are the most popular and the most sought-after jobs.
Often women would be told "they only like sports for the players". or "do you actually understand what is going on"? They aren't able to just enjoy something they have a passion for without being questioned because men want to feel superior and keep this to themselves.

In all aspect of this industry there will be change. This is no longer just a "man thing". Women should be allowed to enjoy various activities without being watched and questioned.
Welcome the new generation and the future of sports!
